Tiffany & Co. is making our Holly Golightly dreams come true! As of November 10th, you will be able to have breakfast at Tiffany’s!
If you are a fan of the iconic 1961 classic Breakfast at Tiffany’s with Audrey Hepburn, you will feel all kinds of nostalgia from the opening scene. Hepburn’s character “Holly Golightly” is casually browsing the shop windows of Tiffany & Co. on Fifth Avenue of New York City while sipping a coffee and eating a croissant in a gorgeous black Givenchy dress and a string of pearls.
This opening scene is beloved by movie and fashion lovers alike from all over the world but, until now, you could never actually have breakfast at the famous diamond jeweler. Tiffany’s is a luxury jeweler, but they also have many other goods that people think of such as fragrances, and homewares. Tiffany’s showed a small glimpse of the new homewares collection that launched in unison with the new Blue Box Café, their retail dining experience.
The decor of the restaurant, which is on the fourth floor of the flagship Tiffany’s store, is, of course, decked out with the signature Tiffany blue incorporated into the walls, furniture, and flatware. The flatware which is mentioned (seen below) is also a part of the new homewares line that is on sale from the brand.
This new addition to this historic store will definitely add a sprinkle of nostalgia to the Tiffany’s experience for the millions of tourists who frequent the fifth avenue establishment.
