Emmy’s 2017 Best Dressed on the Red Carpet

Celebrities Stun on the Emmy’s Red Carpet

The 69th annual Emmy Awards took place on the evening of Sunday, September 17th at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.

Actors and actresses brought their fashion A game to the awards show and were not afraid to take some risks. While there were many amazing looks, we’ve narrowed it down to our top ten favorite looks from the red carpet.

  1. Shailene Woodley in Ralph Lauren Collection

Woodley may have just had her biggest fashion moment, and we’re so happy we got to witness it. The Big Little Lies actress stunned in this green velvet gown by Ralph Lauren which contrasted with her light blonde hair and fair skin perfectly.

    2.Viola Davis in Zac Posen

Davis always gets it right when it comes to red carpet fashion, but this burnt orange Zac Posen gown turned it up a notch, even for her. That rich color against her radiant skin tone is everything.

It’s official, Reese Witherspoon does not age. Instead, she just keeps looking better and better. The Big Little Lies actress took a bit of a fashion risk in this blue satin tuxedo dress and blue pointed toe heels. And, as expected, she rocked it.

Biel looked amazing in this sequined gown with a thigh-high slit and plunging neckline. My favorite part was the one sheer sleeve that continued down to the floor, trailing behind her. Just one question, where’s Justin?

8. Thandie Newton

Newton looked like a princess in this pale pink/lavender strapless ballgown. The Westworld actress was nominated for an Emmy due to her role as the brothel madam.
