The Kardashians Ink $150 Million Deal with E!

The Kardashian family has reported re-signed with E! for five more seasons of their hit reality television series Keeping Up with the Kardashians. The contract will last until 2019 and is allegedly worth $150 million.

For each season, the family stands to gain $30 million and may divide the money how they see fit. Their 2015 contract gave them $100 million for five seasons, giving them $20 million per season.

KUWTK has been on the air since 2007 and is currently in its 14th season. Originally, the show primarily focused on Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, Kris, and Bruce Jenner with appearances from Rob and occasionally having storylines involving Kendall and Kylie. Now, the show showcases all of the female members of the family with appearances from the males.

Throughout the years, there have been many spinoffs featuring the Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, and Rob. Even Kylie recently starred in her own reality show titled, Life of Kylie. And when Bruce transitioned to Caitlyn he received his own show depicting his life as a transgender woman.

Outside of reality television, each Kardashian has their own businesses and business deals that provide them additional revenue. Kendall Kris the only member of the family, besides Kris, who has a formal career title; being that she’s a professional model.

Thankfully, each sister has their own lane and their own following. They’re so different that there’s someone for everyone. Lately, Kylie has been leading most of the charge with her lip kits and her popularity. However, Kim has built the biggest empire filled with clothing, apps, games, makeup, scents, and a major social following. It all started with Kim and she is the undisputed Queen of the “Klan”; with behind-the-scenes Kardashian maven Kris spearing most of the families business ventures.

Let’s see what’s in store for the family during the next chapter of their lives.
