Lady Gaga is a consummate performer, and last night proved that she is one of the only people who could follow Beyoncé and kill it.
If you are one of the few citizens in America, and around the world who missed Super Bowl LI, you missed one hell of a game between the Atlanta Falcons and the New England Patriots, but also one damned good Half-Time performance. Jumping into the stadium attached by wires, Lady Gaga thrilled all her little monsters from start to finish. Flipping, twisting, and turning, in glimmering silver Atelier Versace designs (below), all while singing, Gaga tore down Houston’s NRG Stadium with a medley of some of her biggest hits.
She wowed the crowd with some of her greatest hits, like Poker Face, Born This Way, Just Dance, and Telephone. In a surprising twist, she even added her solemn song ‘Million Reasons’ from her latest album ‘Joanne.’ To conclude her kickass performance, she shut down the stadium with an amazing dance filled high-energy rendition of Bad Romance before catching a white and silver football and leaping off stage.
If that doesn’t make you want to see her in concert, nothing will. You’re in luck if you are in the mood to see Gaga live, she announced last night that she would be going on a world tour for her latest album ‘Joanne.’ The tour will start August 1st in Vancouver, British Columbia, and conclude December 14th in Salt Lake City, Utah.
