Monday night, the Indiana Pacers went up against the Denver Nuggets, and Victor Oladipo came through with a career-high game. The Pacers fought a treacherous game against the Denver Nuggets that ventured into overtime on Sunday.
Victor Oladipo came out of the trenches early and scored big to bring his team up to 126 points in the final score of 116-126 for the Pacers to finish with a ten point lead. The twenty-five-year-old first-round draft pick from Maryland scored forty-seven points, seven rebounds, and six assists.
Although the season is far from over, Indiana is going to have to step up their game if they want to stay in the running for the postseason. Currently, the team is sitting in fifth place in the Eastern Conference.
The Pacers will face the Oklahoma City Thunder Wednesday night in Indianapolis, at 7 pm EST.
