LunchMoney Lewis Gets Groovy With New Video ‘Whip It’

After years of writing for artists such as Meek Mill, Diddy, Christina Grimmie and Nicki Minaj, 27-year-old Miami-native Gamal “LunchMoney” Lewis has started to break out on his own.

Signing with Columbia records, LunchMoney Lewis has made his way from an underground lyricist to a pop star on the rise. His first single, “Bills,” dropped in February, and has continued to be a hit on the international music charts, hitting No. 1 in Australia and No. 2 in the UK.

His new music video, “Whip It” is an infectiously catchy disco-fueled pop song, featuring singer Chloe Angelides.

Directed by Mimi Cave, “Whip It,” flashes back to ’70s with a modern spin on the classic television program, American Bandstand.

The new music video, “Whip It,” is now available to watch on Vevo. For more from LunchMoney Lewis, check out his music catalog on iTunes and Amazon.
