Latavius Murray vs. San Diego Chargers (Thursday night)
Murray has struggled to be consistent this season but he has shown that he can be a major part of the Raiders’ offense. With an emotional game tonight because of Charles Woodson‘s retirement, look for the Raiders to smash the Chargers in his last home game. Murray had 15 carries for 85 rushing yards and a touchdown in the Raiders first game against the Chargers this season.
Denard Robinson at New Orleans Saints
With T.J. Yeldon still in a knee brace because of a MCL sprain, Robinson will get the nod as the main man in the Jaguars’ backfield. Robinson did well as the Jaguars starting running back at the end of last season and he now faces a Saints’ defense that has given up the most fantasy points to opposing running backs.
Matt Forte at Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Forte hasn’t eclipsed 50 rushing yards in the past two weeks and has only averaged 12.5 touches in those two contests. It seems as if the Bears have almost given up on Forte — on the field and in terms of a contract — so he will be a risky play for the next two games of the season.
Todd Gurley at Seattle Seahawks
Gurley didn’t play in the Rams first game against the Seahawks (win), but you should bench him for this week’s game in Seattle. He has scored three touchdowns in the last two games combined, but Seattle is playing with a ton of momentum right now and has only allowed the second fewest points to running backs.
