Cyrus Clan Mines TV Gold…Again

The reality television Gods at Bravo have done it again and given us another hit tv show. On Cyrus Vs Cyrus: Design & Conquer, International Pop sensation Miley Cyrus‘ mother and sister are featured as interior designers. And these two Southern vixens have managed to make interior design almost more entertaining than all of the design shows on HGTV.

On the show, Tish Cyrus, and her daughter Brandi Cyrus present two competing design plans to their clients in their hometown of Nashville, TN. The client gets to choose which design plan they like better and then the mother-daughter team works together to bring it to life. Though it’s a show about design and decorating, it’s easy to forget all of that after witnessing their Southern charm and appealing accents.

Besides being the mother to one of the most relevant Pop stars of the decade, Tish has a successful production company and music management career. She’s married to country music star Billy Ray Cyrus and a mother to five. Tish has been working in the music industry since the early 90s learning through her husband’s career. She later began managing Miley’s career. Recently she’s been managing her youngest daughter Noah, whose single “Make Me Cry” has reached the Billboard Hot 100.

Also good to know, this isn’t Tish’s first go with film and television. Her production company has produced several movies including The Last Song, So Undercover, LOL, Miley Cyrus Live At The O2, Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert with other film and television projects in development.

Her daughter, Brandi, is her interior design partner. She’s a DJ who’s stage name is DJ Confetti and a fashion influencer. Brandi is the editor of Style Native. In the show, Brandi is the more modern edgy one, while her mother is traditional and classic.

Cyrus Vs Cyrus: Design & Conquer currently only has three episodes. It airs on Bravo, Thursdays 10 PM EST/ 9 PM CT.
