Avoid using hot water, instead opt for mild, warm water when showering or washing your face. Hot, steamy water will further dry out your face and body, leading to itchy irritated skin.

Using hydro-boost products can help enable hydrated, supple skin that may be suffering from dehydration due to the environment, stress, lack of sleep, or poor diet. Using a hydrating oil or serum before you go to bed is crucial in fighting dry skin throughout the night and leaving your face soft and bright the next morning. You can apply an oil or serum to your entire face, neck, and eyelids. Tarte’s Maracuja Oil is a great hydrating oil that can be mixed with your moisturizer or other nighttime creams.
