British rock crew, Arctic Monkeys, has re-emerged with a new logo teasing a sneak peek into a string of dates for a tour across all of Europe.
The cherished Sheffield four-piece made up of front-man Alex Turner, drummer Matt Helders, guitarist Jamie Cook, and bassist Nick O’Malley finally unite to take over 2018 with a ‘bang’ coming this summer. After headlining the Reading festival in 2014, the boys went into hiatus mode for a long lapse of time, in order to brainstorm new content. When word got out of a new album release in the works, exposure of their re-entry spread rapidly.
It’s been a mind-blowing three and a half year wait since the band took over a stage live, so the outcome is expected to be a huge one. Creating a new spin on ‘rock revolution’ the beloved British posse will put on a show that will not disappoint fans. The boys announced their tour yesterday via Twitter confirming 13 dates total taking place in various festivals in Europe, minus one date in the UK at TRNSMT in Glasgow and one at the Firefly Festival in the U.S.
