Fashion model Adwoa Aboah starred in impressive images from a series for British luxury fashion house, Burberry. The model shows candid moments spent with friends and family in her second home.
Collaborating for the second time, Aboah was photographed by German fashion photographer, Juergen Teller. Teller captured lovely candid moments between the model and her close friends and family. Taken in the Bowery district of Manhattan, the models posed by New York’s intimidatingly beautiful skyline, as Aboah described it. The model shared her love for New York City saying,
“New York is my second home. I made myself a nest here and I created a circle with the best friends of the world. Most are Londoners from passage, living away from home for the first time time. New York is an exciting city, and there’s always something to do there, the day like the night.”
The campaign features pieces from the brand’s summer collection. Aboah posed fiercely in a black blazer with silk lapels, uniquely styled with a lace skirt. Trench overcoats were styled over cozy sweaters layered under Burberry’s signature plaid. Aboah was photographed alongside Jean Campbell, Oli Green, Kesewa Aboah, and photographers Jonah Freud and Riccardo Ambroisio.
Teller captured Aboah’s beauty and Manhanttan’s energy, creating a timeless series for the luxury brand.
