Sunglass Hut has announced the launch of their eyewear capsule collaboration with fashion designer, Off-White. Off-White has taken the fashion world by storm, and is now providing the perfect accessory to his customers.
The eyewear company announced the collaboration via Instagram, posting images of a photoshoot from the collection. The models were styled in cozy hoodies and trendy athleisure, highlighting the accessories. Creative director, Virgil Abloh incorporated a specific color variation to flat sunglasses along with the Off-White trademark, making the brand easily distinguishable. The line features a classic black, a vintage tortoise style and a subtle pink with contrasted lenses.
With his street style inspired designs taking off on the runway, Abloh is now adding ‘eyewear designer’ to his resume. He has designed a distinctive capsule collection inspired by the 80’s. The collection includes retro curves with angular lines and three modish styles, made of extra thick acetate.
Aesthetics from the 80’s and 90’s have made comebacks with essentials, such as retro sunglasses and vibrant colors, to perfect an outfit. With his industrial features from his swimwear collection and his Nike Air Jordan’s, Off-White has perfected the ultimate summer look for this year.
The collection will be available for purchase on Sunglass Hut’s website on Mar. 20th.
