Sabrina The Teenage Witch Cast Adds Two More Actors

The Witch is Back

More casting news is coming from the set of the Netflix’s Sabrina The Teenage Witch reboot.

The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, the upcoming reboot of the Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, casts two more. Ross Lynch has been cast as Sabrina’s love interest, Harvey Kinkle. Ross Lynch began his acting career as a television Disney star on the series “Austin & Ally.”

Lynch achieved a couple of Kids Choice and Teen Choice Awards for the role. Lynch starred in the movie adaptation of “My Friend Dahmer,” as Jeffrey Dahmer. In addition to his successful acting career, he is the lead singer of the Hollywood Record’s recording group R5.

Harvey is the boyfriend of Sabrina. He is a young man in a small town starting to figure out his place in the larger world. He is politically minded, charismatic, and smart. In the present-day, he is part of Greendale’s counter-culture youth. He has no idea that he is descendant from a long line of witch hunters.

Along with Lynch being cast as Harvey, Tati Gabrielle has been cast as an antagonist to Sabrina in the role of Prudence. Prudence is the leader The Weird Sisters. Beautiful and cunning, Prudence nurses a deep, personal, and possibly life-threatening grudge against Sabrina.

Tati Gabrielle is a California born actress who has had recurring roles on such series as the CW’s The 100 and Nickelodeon’s The Thundermans. Based on the comic series, featuring the Archie Comics character Sabrina the Teenage Witch, the series would be a companion series to RiverdaleLee Toland Krieger will direct the pilot, which will be written by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa. Both are executive producers along with Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, and Jon Goldwater.

Gabrielle and Lynch join Kiernan Shipka as the title character, Sabrina, along with Lucy Davis as Hilda Spellman, Miranda Otto as Zelda Spellman, Richard Coyle as Father Blackwood. The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina does not currently have a release date.
