Carly Rae Jepsen is back with a new bop.
Singer Carly Rae Jepsen is ready to give fans another song that will flood the radio stations this summer and get stuck in everyone’s head.
Jensen posted to Instagram stories over the weekend videos from the studio as the track “This Love Isn’t Crazy” flooded the room.
Though the story disappeared, Billboard shared that Twitter user @VotreCroix managed to capture the video in all its saccharine pop glory.

Though only a snippet of the future track, Jepsen seems to be delivering to fans what made her so popular with her first hit “Call Me Maybe”: a fun, synth-heavy pop bop that is both radio and party friendly.
Should this be released before the summer, it’s sure to be one of the biggest tracks of the summer.
This would be the first track Jepsen has dropped since last summer’s “Cut to the Feeling” from her 2016 EP release Emotion Side B.
The track fits in neatly with the previous release’s 80s pop influence. Emotion Side B was released as a companion to her mega-hit album Emotion from 2015.
Fans believe that the star has also been teasing fans with another track called “Disco Darling” based on the change in her Instagram bio. Or it could just be a hint of the direction she’s going in as she was reported by The Fader saying,
“I really started [the new album] from a disco-inspired place. Like Donna Summer: dreamy, sexy disco…”
As of now, the album does not have an official release date or title, but Jepsen says she has been hard at work constructing the new album after finishing up The Witness: Tour opening for Katy Perry.
For now, fans will just have to listen to the 15 second snippet and stick close to Salute for updates on the new Carly Rae Jepsen album.
Keep up with music at Salute.
