Puma has officially revealed their 50th anniversary celebratory collection with M.A.C cosmetics. The athleisure brand teamed up with the legendary makeup label to create a trio of limited edition suede sneakers in three fan favorite lipstick shades.
The collection first came on the scene when M.A.C uploaded a teaser on their Instagram account with a caption that read, “Your favorite hues take a big step in a whole new direction.” However, no additional information was provided until now.
The lipstick inspired sneakers will feature Puma’s classic suede design in M.A.C’s bestselling shades, a peachy neutral known as Créme d’Nude, a classic matte bright red shade with orange undertones called Lady Danger, and the beloved rich plum hue Sin. Additionally, the shoe will have the makeup brand’s signature label on the front area near the laces.
The sneakers will retail for $90 each and will be available at the beginning of May on Puma.com and some selected Puma stores.
It will be quite interesting to see how successful the collab will be and if Puma will consider incorporating other popular lipstick hues to this range.
