Supreme reawakens the legendary 1987 British horror film Hellraiser for a unique yet morbid Spring 2018 collection.
The film was written and directed by Clive Barker, who iterates the story of Frank Cotton, a man who seeks to unleash his carnal pleasures by solving a cryptic puzzle box. But, when solved, the puzzle box frees sadomasochistic creatures called Cenobites, and their leader Pinhead.
Hellraiser became one of the first films to open the door to a morbid world that was heavy in eroticism. Due to its erotic nature, the movie has been banned from numerous different theaters and was reformed 9 different times with a 10th one currently in the works.
The range presents a trench coat, football jerseys, BDU shirt, skate pants, hoodies, knit sweater, tees, mesh shorts, a beanie, keychain, and a skateboard all with graphic imagery of Pinhead in the diverse formats the film was notorious for.
The collection will be available in NY, Brooklyn, LA, London and Paris in-stores and online starting April 26th and in Japan on April 28th.
Supreme is back with a cutting-edge assortment that is simple yet perverse and brings that macabre feel to the classic street style the brand is well-known and loved for.
