6ix9ine is digging himself further and further into a hole by having even more charges piled on top of him
As if things were not looking all that up for him already, rainbow locked rapper 6ix9ine is now in even more hot water legally than he was to begin with.
This past weekend (May 20) the rapper was arrested in Brooklyn, NY for driving without a license. Later on in the evening he was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.
If that was not bad enough for him, 6ix9ine is now also facing charges for having assaulted a police officer while at the police station for the previously mentioned charges.
6ix9ine was taken to a precinct in Brooklyn, where like most people with the driving without a license charge he was going to be given a desk appearance ticket.
However, while he was at the station the authorities got word of the rapper’s arrest warrant in Houston, Texas.
According to the police report, when the officers went to go and put handcuffs on 6ix9ine to take him into custody, 6ix9ine allegedly grabbed and squeezed a lieutenant’s hand hard enough for it to become swollen.
This incident resulted in the police booking him for assaulting a police officer.
However, this was not enough to keep the “Gummo” rapper around the station for too long. While 6ix9ine still has many serious charges to answer for and deal with, he was released on $25,000 bail after the incident.
Scrapes with the law are as many know not something 6ix9ine is new to in any fashion.
He has in the past plead guilty to “use of a child in a sexual performance” after he had been seen touching a 13-year-old girl in an inappropriate fashion on video.
6ix9ine has also been banned from the Barclay Center for a feud with rapper Casanova that resulted in gunfire between the two parties. They have only just recently made a truce.
Keep up with music at Salute.
